I had a great time staying at a friendly place in Palma. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean and quiet, even though it was facing the road. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the old town by bicycle. The cycling path was just a few minutes away. The WiFi worked perfectly and there was a supermarket nearby. I had a positive experience and would recommend this place to others.

The beds were comfortable and the location was in a nice neighborhood.

Very clean, great value for money, helpful staff. We enjoyed to have evening drinks at Bar Solanas, based nearby. Have stayed at this hostel several times and would definitely return here.

The price and the staff did not speak english but were very nice.

No a/c but there was a fan in the room and it was cool enough at night and breezy enough to cool off the room when I opened the balcony window.

We arrived at 8.30 am after a cruise trip and wanted somewhere to leave cases and be able to get a shower before our midnight flight back home. The room was ready for us at that early time so we were very grateful. Staff do not speak English but were ready to help when our questions were understood.

\It was very basic. There was a musty smell in the corridor outside our room and 2 lights did not work in the room. The bath was not very clean and the decor was very old.

Great value little b&b style hotel in the quiet Son Armadams area. Good alternative to the big hotels if you simply want somewhere clean and functional to sleep. Leafy outlook from balcony. Quiet pool area.

This hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, making it a peaceful getaway from the city. The rooms come with balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The bed is comfy and ensures a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offers different variations of food to cater to all tastes.

All was perfect, I can't think of anything to improve.

The hotel room was clean, but very simple. The bathroom was clean too but very small. I would suggest it to young ppl, backpacker or on budget travelers.

I couldn't close the bathroom door properly, but everything else was fine.

Handy location for the marinas. Quiet at night. Splash pool, but needed cleaning. Okay for students or workers like me, but not for romantic couples. A good price, with no add ons for credit card payment. Nice hot water. Plenty of free road parking if you have a car. Catch the No1 blue bus ( just under 2 euros each way) from the airport and get off at the Auditorium, then use the map on the booking site to find it. About 15 minute walk. Free internet which sort of worked, but in the reception only, and you need to bring your own computer.

Cold at night. Toilet jammed twice. No air conditioning. No English speakers.

The property is budget-friendly and the breakfast is reasonably priced at 2.50 euros per person per day.

The hotel crew are friendly and helpful

Despite beeing one of the cheapest options in mallorca when I booked, the room didn´t have the heating running, so it was cold during the night. Also it was a bit far way from the city center.

Good location for the Auditorium in Palma, away from the masses of tourists, more where the locals live.

Staff wasn't organised very well. E.g they are keeping the reservation of the guests (on their lists) with first names only. A little unprofessional, but they were nice and helpful people. Also- no lift.

Good price, location and pool. 20 min walk to city center, airport bus stop nearby. Helpful staff, small but well-equipped rooms. Option to borrow beach towels for small fee. Decent breakfast for €3.5.

The staff were helpful and polite. The site is quite good and convenient.

The WiFi internet is not available everywhere. The room is small. The Language is another obstacle. English is preferred.
